Practice Manager

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Practice Manager to lead our well-established Maven Dental Booragoon clinic.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Practice Manager
to join our friendly and professional team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to clinicians and patients.

Job Description

As our Practice Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of Maven Dental Booragoon.
• Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
• Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

Qualifications

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in dental with management responsibility desirable;
• Knowledge of Implants advantageous;
• Certificate III or IV in Dental advantageous;
• Prior experience in the professional day to day running of a practice desirable;
• Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance;
• Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth;
• Proven business capabilities in reception and all of the administrative aspects that form part of running a successful practice;
• Proven ability and demonstrated success to drive business growth and maximise profitability;
• An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences; And
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• D4W Dental Software Experience desirable but not necessary
• High attention to detail
• Ability to run front desk when required
