This position is located in: Burswood - We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team - New permanent position | 0.8 - 1 FTE will be considered for the right applicant - Opportunity to support youth mental health and make a real impact - This position commences in January 2026 📍 About the Role The Practice Manager will manage key stakeholder relationships and administrative functions, whilst ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors at our new Youth Hub. Key responsibilities include: - Foster a youth friendly environment for young people, their families and all stakeholders accessing our services. - Facilitate harmonious service delivery with co-located services to enhance client outcomes and experience. - Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships with local GP clinics, Primary Health Networks and other practice managers. - Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement and review operational frameworks to maintain best practice standards. - Oversee scheduling of appointments, room allocations and billing procedures to ensure streamlined processes. - Manage and maintain financial budgets, inventory and resource management processes to ensure systematic and cost-effective operations. - Conduct duress and emergency drills, training and reporting as needed, to maintain building safety standards. To be considered for this position, applicants will have: - Minimum of five years’ experience in practice management or office management, with demonstrated experience leading productive teams. - Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities and changing needs. - Ability to leverage existing networks to deliver on the principles of the Youth Hub. - Sound knowledge and demonstrated compliance with relevant government legislations. - Strong understanding of administrative and quality improvement processes and the ability to document policies, forms, and processes. - Strong understanding of supplier/contract management and financial reporting. - High level of written and oral communication skills, with capacity to problem solve across varying audiences. - ‘C’ Class driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Perth Metro, as required. - Willingness to work outside standard operational hours including on call, as required.
