Join a collaborative team that values technical excellence, customer success, and leadership growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice & Business LeadershipDefine and execute go-to-market strategies for GCP across industries and customer segments.Develop differentiated solution offerings aligned with Google Cloud capabilities.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and alliances to drive pipeline and revenue growth.Build and scale a high-performing delivery team of architects, engineers, and consultants.Represent the practice in client engagements, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.Customer Engagement & Solution ArchitectureLead discovery sessions, assessments, and solution design workshops with enterprise customers.Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout cloud transformation journeys.Design enterprise-grade cloud architectures aligned with business goals.Develop migration roadmaps and conduct readiness assessments.Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and technical teams.Drive customer adoption of GCP best practices and architectural frameworks.Technical Delivery & ImplementationLead the delivery of complex cloud migration and modernization projects.Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized GCP solutions.Oversee the implementation of cloud-native apps, serverless solutions, and DevOps pipelines.Establish cloud governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance standards.Design robust DR, BCP, and multi-region deployment strategies.Team Leadership & DevOps CultureMentor and lead cross-functional teams including DevOps, cloud engineers, and architects.Foster a DevOps culture and promote automation across engagements.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption and cloud roadmaps.Ensure successful delivery outcomes through effective coordination with project and product teams.Skills & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years in cloud engineering or architecture roles, including 4+ years in leadership positions.Proven experience leading large-scale cloud transformation projects (>$1M).Strong background in managing enterprise client relationships and technical pre-sales.Google Cloud ExpertiseDeep expertise in GCP services across:Compute & Containers: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud RunAI/ML & Data: Vertex AI, BigQuery, DataflowNetworking & Security: VPC, IAM, Cloud ArmorStorage & Databases: Cloud SQL, Spanner, FirestoreDevOps & Monitoring: Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, Monitoring & LoggingExperience with multi-region architecture, cost optimization, and billing strategies.Technical SkillsInfrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise: Terraform, Deployment ManagerProgramming experience in Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or .NETDeep knowledge of CI/CD, microservices, containerization, and API designFamiliarity with service mesh and cloud-native developmentStrong observability and site reliability engineering (SRE) practicesLeadership & CommunicationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead workshops, present to executives, and support solution sellingExperience in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsAbility to build business cases and lead customer engagements from discovery to deliveryCertifications – RequiredGoogle Cloud Professional Cloud ArchitectGoogle Cloud Professional DevOps EngineerCertifications – PreferredGoogle Cloud Professional Data EngineerGoogle Cloud Professional Security EngineerGoogle Cloud Professional Machine Learning EngineerGoogle Cloud Associate Cloud EngineerBonus Skills & ExperienceExperience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle, or SalesforceIndustry experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or ManufacturingUnderstanding of compliance frameworks: SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPRCertifications in ITIL, PMP, or other delivery methodologiesApply TodayIf you're passionate about IT Infrastructure and designing, building & maintaining impactful solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
