NCG Air Conditioning is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and support the Marketing Manager in executing our marketing strategies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the development and execution of campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our HVAC services. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, sales, and technical teams to ensure that our marketing efforts align with the company’s objectives and enhance our position as a market leader in the HVAC industry.

**The Company**

NCG Air Conditioning is a Melbourne-based leader in HVAC and mechanical services, specializing in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair. With a strong presence in Melbourne and expanding nationally, we have earned a reputation for delivering high-quality heating, ventilation, and cooling solutions to both residential and commercial clients.

**Responsibilities include**
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Contribute in marketing budget plans.
- Support the creation and management of content across digital channels (website, social media, etc.) and print materials, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and client retention.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in organizing events (exhibition, client meetings, community outreach), supporting the Marketing Manager in logistics and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, assisting with project management, reporting, and marketing resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between sales, technical teams and clients to ensure client satisfactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or related industries.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and website management.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
