Job Description
Reporting to the Brand Activations and Design Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day brand and return point marketing for TOMRA's QLD & WA networks. Additionally, this position, is responsible for the supporting with the creation of online content across TOMRA Social Media channels for QLD & WA.

The Main Duties Of This Role May Include

  • Assisting with the promotion of new and under-performing TOMRA return points, including marketing signage, local area activations & campaigns, local awareness and all related consumer communication.
  • Supporting the Brand Activations and Design Manager with the planning, development, execution, and reporting process for all local area marketing activities.
  • Create compelling copy for brochures/print marketing collateral & website content.
  • The coordination of design, print and installation of site signage.
  • Maintaining on-going relationships with external agencies and key external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with TOMRA field & depot teams to ensure marketing compliance.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and the Marketing Director to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval to all material by the scheme coordinator.
  • Assisting with the creation of compelling content to post on TOMRA social media channels for QLD & WA.

This position is a fixed-term (12-month) contract.
Qualifications
What makes a great Marketing Coordinator at TOMRA:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience in consumer B2C marketing
  • Experience in executing social media strategy and posts
  • Experience in local area marketing channels & techniques
  • Strong evaluation and reporting skills
  • A genuine, unmistakable passion for the environment and sustainability
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage constantly changing priorities on a daily basis
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A positive and collaborative team player
  • A valid drivers license and access to own vehicle
