
Sales and Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Developing Sales Strategies and Goals**: Leading the formulation of ACE SIGN’s annual sales strategy by conducting market analysis and customer demand research. Setting specific sales targets and revenue expectations while customising sales plans based on different customer segments (such as retail, commercial offices, and exhibitions) to maximise market penetration and customer loyalty.
- **Brand Promotion and Marketing Campaigns**: Overseeing the company’s brand promotion initiatives to ensure maximum exposure at industry exhibitions, advertising campaigns, and online platforms. Implementing digital marketing strategies, social media operations, and targeted advertising to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement with ACE SIGN’s unique design and services.
- **Customer Relationship Management and Sales Team Leadership**: Leading the sales team and establishing long-term partnerships with key clients. Ensuring that customers receive high-quality support and service throughout every stage of project execution.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**: Conducting regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, changing customer needs, and competitor strategies. Utilising data analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends, providing insights for the development of innovative sales strategies and product improvement initiatives.
- **Enhancing Sales Efficiency and Process Optimisation**: Implementing technological solutions to improve sales efficiency, optimising processes related to customer follow-ups, quotations, and contract management. Driving the adoption of Customer Relationship Management systems to help the sales team better manage client information, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Planning and Executing Large-Scale Events and Exhibitions**: Overseeing the company’s brand presence at industry exhibitions and major events. Collaborating with the design team to ensure that booth designs and promotional materials effectively showcase ACE SIGN’s innovation and product advantages, attracting potential clients.
- **Data Analysis and Decision Support**: Leading the sales team in conducting regular data analysis, including sales reports, market trends, and customer insights. Utilising analytical findings to refine marketing strategies and guide the team in adjusting sales approaches to adapt to market dynamics and improve overall sales performance.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. **Professional Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a related industry. Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and leading high-performing teams.
- **Strategic Planning**: Strong ability to develop strategic sales and marketing plans based on market analysis and data insights. Experience setting and achieving challenging sales targets.
- **Leadership and Team Management**: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales and marketing teams.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to use data analytics tools to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Expertise in managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and service strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences.
- **Adaptability and Innovation**: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and innovate new approaches to challenges. Experience in launching new products or services and entering new markets.
- **Technological Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM systems, sales software, and other relevant technologies that enhance sales efficiency and accuracy.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills, capable of leading large-scale marketing campaigns and events from conception to execution.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
