Job Description
Our client is seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join their busy dental practice located in Joondalup. Known for providing quality care with a personal touch, this well-established clinic offers a warm, professional environment for both patients and staff.
This is a permanent, full-time position across 4 days per week (35.5 hours total). This role is for someone with solid call centre or phone-based sales experience looking to apply their strong customer service and selling skills in a stable, people-focused, medical environment.
- Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations with warmth and professionalism
- Handling calls and patient bookings
- Providing information to patients regarding treatments and services
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
- Assisting with patient follow-ups and scheduling
- Using dental practice software and adapting to new systems as required
Qualifications
- Previous call centre experience is a plus
- Proven experience in the dental or healthcare industry is essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new practice software
- Sales experience or an understanding of patient conversion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Openness to feedback, coaching, and ongoing mentorship
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn something new every day
