Administration Officer – Part-Time (Joondalup)

We are committed to making a difference for our clients, our people, and the communities in which we operate. Our team are pivotal to our success, and we're now looking to expand our Joondalup-based operations with the addition of a part-time Administration Officer.

About the Role

This role is central to the smooth running of our Joondalup office and provides essential support to the wider team. Working 20 fixed hours per week across a minimum of three days, with some flexibility, the Administration Officer will take ownership of day-to-day office functions and ensure operational efficiency.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Performing daily banking tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting with document management and filing
  • Coordinating office supplies and ensuring an organised workspace
  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
