We are Pacific Dental, a fast-growing, privately owned dental practice in Chelsea, seeking a talented & enthusiastic Receptionist / Manager to join us in a great deal of fun. Having experience in D4W and dental reception is an advantage, but not essential. Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate workflow
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our dental services
  • Assist with billing, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Support the dental team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice
  • Knowledge of D4W is an advantage but not essential; training would be provided to the successful candidate.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental reception role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using dental practice management software
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
