Experienced Dental Assistant and Receptionist

**Full job description**
We at Hello Dental would like to welcome an experienced Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team on Fridays and Saturday mornings, with the opportunity in the future to increase hours and take on extra hours.
As we are a growing we are requiring additional staff member to join our team.
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent), Demonstrated high quality patient care.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Customer service**: Excellent communication skills, Providing warm and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
**Administrative Tasks**: Perform general reception duties, including managing phone calls, maintaining appointment schedule. filing patient records, and handing correspondence.
**Patient Billing**: Providing patient payments, insurance claims, and handling billing enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
**Communication Skills**: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills when interacting with patients and staff.
**Basic Computer Skills**: To manage patient records, appointments, and perform administrative tasks.
**Clinical/Sterilisation-** clinical side, you will assist dentists in procedures, maintain sterilization protocols, and work as a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.40 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
**Experience**:
- Dental reception: 1 year (required)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
