Dental Assistant / Receptionist (Qualified or Trainee)

Location: Hello Dental – Chelsea Heights

We at Hello Dental are excited to welcome a Dental Assistant / Receptionist (qualified or trainee) to join our supportive and friendly team.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a team environment. In this all-rounder position, you'll assist both chairside and at reception playing a key role in keeping our day running smoothly. From providing quality patient care and sterilisation support to greeting patients and managing appointments, you'll be an essential part of our calm, caring practice.

Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist our experienced dental team in delivering excellent patient care
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments and equipment
  • Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
  • Support the front desk: scheduling appointments, managing payments, and answering phones
  • Help create a friendly, welcoming, and stress-free experience for every patient

Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (negotiable depending on your availability)
