_**Job Description**_
- **We are currently seeking an experienced dental receptionist.**_

Must be available to work 3 days per week plus some Saturday mornings as required.

Roles and responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Booking and answering calls.
- Welcoming patients in a friendly manner, building relationships and updating patient chart each visit.
- Comply with the high standards of the Practice by way of Health and Safety, accuracy of information and ensuring confidentiality of patient records.
- General Reception duties.
- Hicaps payments.
- Medicare or VDGS vouchers/payments.
- Giving patients Payment plans options.
- Scanning and entering of patient/Health insurance information.
- Cash handling.
- General cleaning duties.
- Restocking of dental products.
- Promoting new products/new procedures.
- End of day accounts.
- Organising lab pick ups/returns.

About you:

- Prior dental assisting experience highly regarded or have good knowledge of dental procedures.
- Good organisational skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work.
- A friendly, outgoing and reliable demeanor.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Well-developed administrative skills.
- Able to help in steri when required.
- High standards of grooming.
- Dental Assistant experience required.
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience.
