Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our growing Melbourne Branch has just relocated to a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Tullamarine, and is now on the lookout for a strong Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Air, Sea and Contract Logistics.

What you'll be doing:

  • Stay ahead of the game by analysing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape our competitive position
  • Collaborate with product and procurement teams to align trade lane strategies
  • Bring creative ideas to life through exciting advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Attend sales visits and collaborate with overseas partners to develop new business opportunities
  • Craft and implement trade lane strategies with innovative solutions
  • Build a solid sales pipeline to secure new accounts while nurturing existing ones
  • Play a key role in preparing and negotiating bids, RFQs, and quotes
  • Stay engaged with customers, respond to inquiries and maintain strong relationships
  • Be our brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Keep our CRM up-to-date with valuable insights and sales activities
  • Provide regular reports to track your success
