Our team is growing

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our specialist medical practice in Newstead. The successful candidate must be available to work Saturdays and late nights as part of a rotating roster.

About you:

You will enjoy working independently as well as being part of a busy team and have a strong interest in the medical and aesthetic industry. As an experiencedMedical Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the primary point of patient contact for all administrative matters.

You should also possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Specialist medical administration or reception experience is essential
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our business
  • A proactive, positive mindset
  • Previous skin medicine / dermatology/ plastic surgery background (highly regarded)
  • Be available for a late night and Saturday coverage as part of a rotating roster
  • Be available to occasionally travel between our 3 clinics located in Newstead, Manly and North Lakes.
