- Starting salary: $94,219 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the role
Reporting to the Manager: Career Services, you will work across the University to deliver career development initiatives that build student employability and strengthen industry engagement. You'll manage the Career Services Drop-In Centres at City West and Mawson Lakes campus and a team of dedicated staff, providing tailored advice and resources to support students' career goals. A key part of the role is building partnerships with employers, expanding work opportunities, coordinating events and workshops, and overseeing the service's online presence.

To be successful you will need
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, together with relevant work related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/ training
- Proven team leadership and supervisory skills, including experience building an effective team
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, relationship management and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people from a range of cultural backgrounds
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, including the ability to develop and maintain administrative systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives in a timely manner and to plan, coordinate and carry out project tasks through to completion
