We are seeking an
experienced Service Coordinator
to oversee participant services, staff scheduling, compliance, and quality outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, leadership, and making a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee NDIS service delivery to ensure participants achieve their goals.
  • Oversee staff rosters and match the right support worker to each participant.
  • Maintain up-to-date service agreements, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and daily support to care teams.
  • Build positive relationships with participants, families, and allied professionals.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and participant feedback systems.

You'll Bring

  • Experience
    in service coordination or
    frontline supervision
    in NDIS, aged care, or community services. (
    Please
    this is not a beginner's role).
  • Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and person-centred service delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Certificate IV/Diploma in Disability or Community Services (desirable).
