Neerabup Western Australia Enerflow Mining Services Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Enerflow Mining Services is a market leader within the mining industry across Australia. Since our founding we have flourished in the Mobile Mechanical Maintenance sector due to our in-depth knowledge of Blasthole Drill Rigs. Continuing our growth as a business we have also become one of the top businesses in Labour Hire, Drill Hire, Parts Sales, Mechanical & Fabrication.

Due to company growth and a busy workload, we are currently looking for a candidate focused Recruiter to join our small friendly team in our Neerabup office.

What's involved with the role?

  • You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with Drill Fitters, Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers and Servicepeople for FIFO roles with our client base of Tier 1&2 Mining Companies and Contractors
  • Utilising a variety of sourcing and recruitment methods to attract, identify and onboard relevant candidates
  • Ability to work within a small team environment

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, from a blue-collar background, within the mining industry, with a strong track record in finding and engaging with candidates and managing high volume recruitment projects
  • We are looking for a recruiter with hunger and drive to succeed, with the ability to build good relationships, gain candidate control and work independently as well as part of a team
