JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Performance: Lead and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and exceed targets.

Recruit and Develop: Build a strong, high-performing team through ongoing training and development.

Performance Management:Monitor, track, and manage individual and team performance to ensure excellence.

Customer Experience: Shape and enhance the in-store experience, making every customer interaction memorable.

Stock Control: Manage inventory within your territory, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Roster Management: Oversee rostering within budgeting guidelines.

Local Outreach: Drive local area marketing initiatives and identify networking opportunities to boost store performance.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards within company guidelines.

Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with your team and within the local community.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven Retail Leadership: Previous multi-site retail management experience is essential.

People Focused: A genuine care for your team and a passion for developing others.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive results.

Exceptional Communication: Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Customer Service Champion: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of sports supplements, vitamins, and health foods.

Industry Experience: Previous experience in the supplement industry will be highly regarded.

Nutrition/Fitness Knowledge: Education in nutrition or fitness is a plus.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Retail Express and Tanda is a bonus.
