You will be working with a group of highly successful and experienced commercial agents as well as analysts and senior administration and marketing professionals. We are experts in the marketing and sale of retail property, premium investments and development sites, employing over 60 staff across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
Our clients include high net worth private investors, developers and syndicators together with large ASX listed companies.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated, proactive and organised Office Coordinator to join our team and support our daily office operations. As the first point of contact for our agency, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and delivering outstanding customer service to clients and office visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service to all guests ensuring a highly professional image is maintained
- Managing incoming calls and directing to the appropriate team members
- Ensuring the office environment is impeccably presented, including meeting rooms, boardroom, kitchen, and stationery areas
- Coordinating administrative tasks including courier coordination, stationery & kitchen supply ordering, and similar
- Liaising with external suppliers, clients, and stakeholders to support seamless communication and service delivery

Handling client enquiries and maintaining accurate records within our internal database
- Assisting with some campaign and marketing administration, supporting the broader team's initiatives
- Offering EA support to Partners, including travel arrangements and calendar coordination
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team and Group Manager as required
- Supporting internal and external events in collaboration with the Events Coordinator

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate may be a receptionist looking for the next challenge or a career office administration professional who enjoys taking charge of the office domain. You will be a confident and strong communicator, who bestows a strong work ethic together with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team. With impeccable personal presentation, a great attitude and the desire and motivation to succeed, you will be keen to hit the ground running amongst a friendly and supportive team.
Requirements of You
- 1+ years experience in administration or similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised with outstanding time management and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks within set timeframes
- Strong administrative skills gained within a fast paced and changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent team player and willing to help wherever needed – no job too big or too small
- A positive attitude and drive to play your part in helping the team continue to succeed
- Prior property experience not required for the role however may be advantageous
