Finance / Administration Assistant
Our client a highly regarded global leader in their field of expertise designing innovative and effective solutions for the challenges of offshore engineering, mineral processing and laboratory testing is seeking an experienced Finance / Administration Officer.
Reporting to the Business Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in the finance department overseeing the Company's financial activities and other daily administrative tasks.
3 days per week with the possibility of working from home 1 day per week

.Accounts Payable
.Accounts Receivable
.Payroll support
.Financial reporting
.HR support
.Manage employee records, leave entitlements, HR documentation etc.
.Handle employee queries
.Data entry for onboarding
.Vendor / Supplier forms
.Document Control
Essential skills;
.Advanced Word and Excel
.Xero accounting package
.Xero Payroll (20)
.SAP (Ariba) or similar
.Strong written and verbal communication skills
.Attention to detail
.Self motivated
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Accounting or Bookkeeping or
Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent
A distinct advantage
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a background in a similar role either in the mining and resources sector (including engineering).
