**About us**

We are a small, family-owned fire protection business that provides a range of residential and commercial fire safety services in WA. We have been operating in Perth since 2019 and have a team of fire safety technicians with over 30 years of combined experience. Our office is located in Osborne Park industrial area.

**About the role**

As a result of ongoing organisational growth, a position has become available for an all-rounder/ office administrator to join the team. The role involves providing general administrative support to our service team and director. This is a casual position with flexible working hours (approx. 12 hours per week), with a likelihood of increased hours as the business continues to grow.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Assist with processing payable invoices.
- Process receipts & remittances.
- Ordering goods and processing purchase orders.
- Assist with scheduling the service and maintenance.

**About you**

To be considered for this role you must possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- A willingness to learn & develop new skills.
- A strong sense of initiative, be able to work autonomously without guidance.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, XERO (required) and Firemate software (desirable).
