An exciting opportunity is now available for a full-time receptionist at Only Estate Agents in Narre Warren

If you have recently left school and are looking for a career or if you are looking to move into real estate and want a fantastic starting point this is the role for you

No experience necessary and plenty of career growth opportunities.

The role includes:

- Answering and re-directing phone calls.
- Adding properties to the websites, updating sales & rentals lists, updating the window displays and other adhoc duties.
- Processing sales and listings
- Marketing preparation of property brochures etc. using Canva
- Maintaining office cleanliness
- General administration

Skills and experience:

- Exceptional customer service, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft office, you must be computer literate.
- No experience necessary training will be provided.
- Immaculate presentation, good time management and organizational skills, able to communicate with all types of people.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment whilst managing your own workload.
- Must be available for an immediate start.

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year
