Assistant Property Manager

Specific Duties:
- **Property Listings Management**: The Employee is tasked with creating and updating rental property listings across various online platforms.
- **Inquiry Response**: The Employee must efficiently and professionally handle inquiries from potential tenants concerning available properties.
- **Landlord and Tenant Relations**: Regular interaction with landlords and tenants to maintain and manage relationships.
- **Property and routine inspections**: Conduct routine and detailed inspections of properties to ensure compliance and upkeep.
- **Open House Management**: Organize and host open house events, ensuring properties are presented well and visitor queries are addressed.
- **Condition Reports**: Generate accurate entry and exit condition reports for properties.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Manage and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring timely service and repairs.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing training to manage and expand the property portfolio effectively.
About You:
- Current Agents Representative licence
- Current drivers licence Well-presented and good communication skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently
Pay: $44,845.07 - $60,775.06 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narre Warren, VIC 3805
