With monthly sales regularly exceeding $2 million, OzShut is expanding the Residential Sales Division and seeks the BEST of the BEST new Sales Consultants. Starting as Casual, This position WILL become Permanent Full-Time after 6 months to the right WINNING sales achievers.

THE ROLE

  • Attend THE BEST booked, qualified and confirmed appointments with homeowners or business owners on a daily basis (no cold calling ever);
  • Build trust & rapport with your clients;
  • Present the product via a live in-appointment demonstration;
  • Conduct measurements for the roller shutter application;
  • Calculate costs and negotiating the sale;
  • Following up of previous wins & losses:
  • Self Generate your own appointments/sales via referrals for extra bonuses;
  • Field Based 'Face-to-Face' Role; NOT in an office, or Remote

THE APPLICANT

  • A true Sales Professional who has excellent presentation skills;
  • Well spoken and well presented in business attire;
  • A true Sales Achiever who understands KPI objectives;
  • A true Sales Closer without an "order taking" mentality;
  • Direct in-home sales experience well regarded but not essential;
  • Ability to adapt and followa proven selling system;
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays with a day off mid week in-lieu;
  • Possess current drivers licence, own vehicle and a mobile phone;
  • Possess a Current Police Clearance.

Full comprehensive training is provided, as well as ongoing support to ensure you achieve well beyond your KPI objectives and become another WINNING OzShut team member

THE OFFER

  • Casual status with Full-Time hours, then Permanent Full-Time in 6 months;
  • Applicable overtime rates for evenings and Saturdays;
  • Superannuation paid on top;
  • Allowances for car usage, mobile phone;
  • Fantastic Monthly Incentives, plus ALOT OF FUN..  starting at $1000;
  • Once Full-Time, have fun and earn MORE from $82K- $???K pa including VERY attractive monthly bonuses
