As demand for investment-grade new homes surges, we're expanding our team and looking for a New Home Sales Consultant who knows how to speak the language of investors.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Guiding investors through the purchase of new and off-the-plan homes, including dual key configurations.
  • Conducting discovery calls, presentations, and site visits with potential buyers.
  • Educating clients on rental yields, depreciation benefits, and long-term ROI.
  • Working closely with the construction and design teams to tailor offerings to investor needs.
  • Staying current on property market trends, legislation, and investor-focused products.

You Bring:

  • Proven experience in residential property sales (new homes preferred).
  • Solid understanding of investment strategies, cash flow, and dual key housing.
  • Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline.
