The Role
Represent TouchBio to expand their sales growth within the pharmacy sector, connecting with stores and introducing new, innovative health products to gain ongoing orders and premium product placement.
This is a work-from-home role with occasional local store visits in Perth.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively contact pharmacy customers by phone (B2B telesales)
- Educate and engage new and existing customers about TouchBio products
- Gain commitment for product placement and ongoing sales orders
- Support the field sales team and maintain accurate CRM data
- Work approx. 30–32 hours per week across 5 weekdays, mostly during school hours
- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing team support
- Be paid for every minute worked — fair, transparent, flexible
About You
We're looking for a confident, customer-focused communicator who enjoys building relationships and achieving sales results — while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
You'll bring:
- Proven success in sales, telesales, or account management
- Strong relationship-building skills by phone and face-to-face
- Confidence using CRM systems and technology
- Energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in health or pharmacy products
- Desire to work 30–32 hours/week (mostly school hours) for great balance
- A friendly, professional manner — and an enthusiasm that's contagious
