About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Assistant to join the team at City Electric Supply Pty Ltd in Mandurah, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our valued clients. As part of the in-store team, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of our Mandurah branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Handling sales transactions, order processing, and inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked wholesale environment
  • Actively participating in product training and development to expand your knowledge
  • Contributing to the overall success of the branch through excellent customer service and sales performance

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a wholesale or customer service role, preferably within the electrical or hardware industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • A team-oriented mindset and the willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management processes
