Due to an internal promotion Harcourts Mandurah are looking for an energetic and motivated Inspections Officer with great computer skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as someone who is continually willing to further their skills and knowledge. The Role -

· Prepare routine inspection runs

· Complete scheduled routine inspections

· Assist with final inspections

· Assist with overflow of home opens

· Assist when required in the leasing process

· Prepare New Tenancy Packs / end of management packs

· General Office Support

The Applicant should have the following key attributes and qualifications:

  • Some Real Estate experience would be preferred
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail with a can-do attitude
  • Sense of humour and the ability to think on your feet and prioritise your workload
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Competent computer skills, including the use of Word & Excel
  • Knowledge or experience with Property Tree - preferred but not essential
  • Full Australian Driver's License and reliable car
