About the Role
This is a key opportunity to take full ownership of our influencer, creator and affiliate partnerships. You will be the go-to person for shaping and driving our global partnership strategy across social platforms. From identifying the right partners to managing campaigns and reporting on performance and insights, you will lead the full end-to-end process. This role is central to expanding our reach, deepening brand engagement and delivering real business impact through strategic, authentic collaborations that align with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end influencer and affiliate campaigns, from outreach to reporting.
- Deliver social partnership campaigns that support marketing goals and KPIs
- Source and onboard creators, influencers and affiliates aligned with brand values.
- Develop clear briefs and guide partners to produce engaging, on-brand content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and affiliates.
- Track campaign performance and share regular insights to improve results.
- Oversee budgets, logistics and invoicing with internal and external teams.
- Stay informed on social trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Lead and support one direct report, focusing on their growth and development
About You
You are a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. With a curious and analytical mindset, you build strong relationships across a diverse network of influencers, creators, affiliates and agencies. You are proactive, organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns while staying focused on both detail and strategy.
Passionate about social partnerships and influencer marketing, you bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You create clear, engaging briefs, collaborate effectively with creators and use performance data and insights to guide and improve results. You work well independently and contribute meaningfully within a team.
You bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social partnerships
- A strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture and emerging trends
- Proven experience managing creator, affiliate and agency relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to manage campaign logistics, budgets and timelines
- Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Confidence using analytics tools to extract insights and measure performance.
- Experience mentoring or managing at least one direct report (preferred).
- A results-focused mindset and genuine interest in brand-aligned storytelling.
