City Chic is on the hunt for a Marketing, Communications & Social Media Manager to lead our brand storytelling across digital platforms and local experiences. This is a hybrid role for someone who can both build strategy and then execute it beautifully—from content creation to influencer campaigns to community activations.

What You'll Do

• Lead our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms

• Create and edit content that's bold, stylish, and culturally relevant—think reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, and trend-led moments

• Own the content calendar, aligning with brand, trading, and cultural moments

• Run influencer and PR programs, including gifting, partnerships, and media outreach

• Plan and execute community events and local area marketing initiatives that bring City Chic to life in real time

• Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, retail, and product teams to ensure brand consistency

• Track performance, analyse insights, and optimise content for engagement and growth

What You Bring

• 3+ years in social media, brand marketing, or content creation—ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail

• Strong skills in filming, editing, and publishing content (bonus if you're confident on camera or behind it)

• A deep understanding of social trends, platform algorithms, and what makes content perform

• Experience managing influencer relationships, PR campaigns, and community activations

• A proactive, agile mindset—you're just as comfortable building strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to get it done

• A love for fashion, culture, and connecting with community
