NSW Timber and Hardware Pty Ltd is a prominent supplier of quality timber, timber products and accessories located in Sydney's South-West.

Given the needs of the business, we now require a Production Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Minto, NSW

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

  • Assessing the cost, time and labour needs associated with production, taking into consideration output.
  • Planning maintenance and hours, as well as supply of relevant tools and resources.
  • Implementing production plans.
  • Overseeing the production of relevant reports and liasing with other management where needed.
  • Overseeing workplace health and safety policies.
  • Undertaking worker performance review and liaising with HR where needed.
  • Providing senior management with production updates.
  • Determining costs vs. output and, where needed, determine policies to reduce production costs where needed.

We offer a competitive remuneration of between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum excluding superannuation.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualification and two (2) years of full-time relevant work experience; OR

  • Five (5) years, full-time work experience.

The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail as well as an ability to work with minimal supervision.
