About The Role

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)
is seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Manager
to join our NSW Team. As part of the NSW State Leadership Team, you will take ownership of the largest sales territory across the state, setting the sales strategy, developing our sales team with sales tools and techniques, and leading sales & administration staff to exceed targets and achieve EBIT outcomes.

You will play a key role in guiding the sales strategy and ensuring alignment with broader business goals. With a strong customer focus and strategic mindset, you'll build and maintain long-term client partnerships while mentoring your team to perform at their best.

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Continously improve our sales strategy
  • Coach and mentor our sales team (no direct reports)
  • Monitor pipeline health and track sales performance
  • Lead and coach your team in the use of CRM (Sugar) and sales tools
  • Drive a high-performing sales culture aligned with ARC strategy
  • Foster a safety-first culture across all operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with major clients
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement

About You

You are a natural leader with a track record of developing strong sales teams and driving commercial results. Your ability to mentor, influence and communicate effectively will see you thrive in this key leadership role.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in sales management within a related industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and pipeline management capability
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • A collaborative approach to leadership and stakeholder engagement
  • CRM proficiency, ideally with Sugar
  • A deep commitment to safety and team culture
