IT Service Management Lead

Our client is on the lookout an experienced Service Management Lead to oversee ITIL Service Management functions, ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of systems and services. This role is pivotal in managing incident resolution, problem management, change and release processes, and driving service performance enhancements across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in a Service Delivery or Management position
- Well versed in the ITIL Service Management Framework - ITIL V4 certification is a huge bonus
- Ability to Lead incident resolution for major issues, ensuring timely and effective responses and oversee the team managing P1 & P2 incidents
- Good understanding of SLA and ensure service delivery meets agreed levels, regularly reviewing and optimizing operational methods and procedures.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation
