This is a leadership role where you'll guide a talented analytics squad, influence decision-making across the business, and play a pivotal role in shaping how data is used to solve complex challenges. What You'll Do
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units, from digital to supply chain.
- Translate business challenges into clear analytics roadmaps and outcomes.
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of data engineers and analysts to deliver value.
- Champion the use of analytics as a driver for smarter decisions.
- Communicate stories through data that inspire action and change.
What You Bring
- A background in data and analytics, with experience leading squads or projects.
- The ability to balance technical understanding (SQL, BI tools) with strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills - you can speak data to technical peers and business outcomes to executives.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with a commercial edge.
- Proven success in using analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
