Analytics Lead

Melbourne - Hybrid model

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Analytics Lead to drive the next stage of our client's analytics journey. With a modern Snowflake data platform already in place and a major ERP transformation underway, this is a pivotal role where you'll guide the business in getting maximum value from data while leading a talented team of analysts.

You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, working closely with stakeholders across retail, supply chain, and inventory to deliver insights that shape business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to define and deliver analytics priorities.
  • Leading and mentoring a squad of analysts to produce high-quality insights.
  • Translating business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Balancing BAU reporting with forward-looking analytics to support transformation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading analytics teams or projects.
  • Strong business engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL and BI/visualisation tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Background in retail or supply chain analytics is a plus, but not essential.
