We are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Administration Support Officer to support the Sydney office of a global company with strong ties to Japan.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting teams behind the scenes, thrives in a structured corporate environment, and is looking to build a career in administration and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with expatriate staff and management, providing hands-on support across a range of administrative, office, and vehicle-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Expatriate & General Administrative Support

  • Assist expatriate staff with internal admin tasks including expense claims, travel bookings, and entertainment expenses
  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies and governance standards
  • Support with documentation, correspondence, and meeting/hospitality arrangements
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for expatriate activities

General Office & Vehicle Management

  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Support the upkeep and smooth running of the office environment
  • Assist in the management of company vehicle leases, maintenance, and usage monitoring
  • Liaise with lease companies and ensure compliance with internal vehicle use policies
What We're Looking For:
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (corporate environment preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Clear communicator with strong written and spoken English
  • A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Japanese language skills (business level) highly desirable, due to frequent interactions with Japanese-speaking staff
