Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Bilingual Specialist, you will play a cross-functional role supporting both internal teams and Japanese-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translation & Communication:Translate key materials, product updates, internal communications, and client-facing content between Japanese and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Introducing Broker (IB) Relationship Support:Collaborate closely with our Japanese Introducing Brokers, nurturing strong relationships and building long-term trust.
  • Client & IB Onboarding and Relationship Management:Support the onboarding of new clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to Swift, ensuring a seamless experience from day one. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to help grow and retain our active client base — a key driver of our success.
  • CX Team Coordination & Support:Work alongside the global and Japan-based Customer Experience (CX) teams to improve service delivery, provide backup support, and assist with client queries as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a liaison between Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to align goals, remove blockers, and ensure effective communication across regions.
  • Marketing Support:Assist the marketing team with translation, campaign localisation, and cultural alignment of promotional content for the Japanese market.
  • Client & IB Onboarding and Relationship Management:Support the onboarding of new clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to Swift, ensuring a seamless experience from day one. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to help grow and retain our active client base — a key driver of our success.

Working Hours & Flexibility

This role is primarily based in the Office. However, to support collaboration with the Japanese office, up to two shifts per week may be scheduled between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (AEST). These shifts:

  • Will be agreed upon in advance with the manager
  • Are designed to support overlapping hours with the Japan-based team

TAMC will ensure appropriate notice is provided and will work with you to accommodate reasonable scheduling preferences.
