Casula High School is a coeducational, comprehensive educational setting that currently has 1250 students enrolled, including 4% Aboriginal students and 60% students from a non-English speaking background. The staff and parent groups at the school have a deep commitment to the school and the growth, wellbeing and learning of all students. Selection Criteria- Approval to teach Japanese (years 7-12).
- Capacity to develop and deliver quality, differentiated teaching and learning programs and assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with students, staff and parents.
- Ability to implement effective classroom management skills and wellbeing practices, creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment that fosters high expectations and student success.
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
