As a Civium Corporate Receptionist  team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

We have  have  full-time  role based in our modern office located in the heart of Canberra City.

About Role

This position will allow you to showcase your exceptional service to both internal and external parties where you are the first point of contact for our valued clientele and team members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting & greeting clientele on arrival in a professional and friendly manner
  • Promptly  answering all National incoming calls promptly and professionally, and directing them to the appropriate person or taking accurate messages.
  • Coordination of meeting rooms and managing the booking system
  • Preparation of beverages for meetings as needed
  • General house-keeping of the reception/kitchen area
  • Ensure office supplies and consumables are stocked.
  • Performing administration  tasks as assigned in a timely and professional manner.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional receptionist
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Professional, polished, and friendly demeanour
  • Calm and composed nature under pressure
  • Must hold a current driver's license
