The Role

We are looking for a
Junior Account Manager
to join our growing Workplace Experience and Technology team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to
build your career in the fast-evolving world of workplace technology, audio visual systems, and unified communications
. You'll collaborate with senior consultants, solution architects, and delivery engineers to help our clients transform their workplace environments.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting account executives in managing customer relationships and project pipelines.
• Preparing proposals, quotes, and solution documentation for AV, Teams Rooms, and workplace technology solutions.
• Coordinating between customers, vendors, and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintaining CRM data and assisting with pipeline and performance reporting.
• Participating in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Learning to position and explain Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, and Intelligent Workplace solutions.
• Developing vendor and product knowledge across the Microsoft ecosystem and major AV partners (Logitech, Yealink, Crestron, etc.).

This is a
hands-on, client-facing role
where you'll learn how to translate business needs into workplace technology outcomes — supported by a passionate and experienced team.

About You

We're seeking someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to grow within the technology and AV industry.

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with both people and technology.

Essential Requirements

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  currently residing in Australia.
• Strong interest or foundational experience in
  Audio Visual, Unified Communications, or Workplace Technology
  .
• Knowledge of
  Microsoft 365
  and
  Teams Rooms
  solutions (training provided).
• Exposure to
  project coordination, presales, or account management
  roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in
  Business, IT, Communications, or related discipline
  .
