We're seeking an ambitious and client-focused
Manager
to join our Business Advisory team. In this hands-on role, you'll lead client engagements, provide practical accounting and tax advice, attend to fractional CFO opportunities and support the development of high-performing junior team members.

You'll build trusted client relationships and add value through high-quality accounting, compliance and business advisory services.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering tailored advice across accounting, tax, reporting and business operations
  • Providing fractional CFO support to high-net-worth individuals and business entities
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS and management reports
  • Identifying and managing tax issues (e.g. Division 7A, FBT, CGT) and contributing to tax planning initiatives
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff and supporting internal training and team development
  • Driving continuous improvement in systems and processes, whilst maintaining strong compliance
  • Strengthening client relationships and supporting business development where appropriate

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Demonstrated experience as a manager in an accounting firm, with proven capability in leading and developing people
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation and accounting standards
  • Proficient with Xero and other core accounting tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
