Urban Rhythm is a well-established and highly respected name in the Furniture industry. We operate as a middle-upper "boutique", specialising in locally made-to-order sofas and timber furniture.

We have an exciting new Sales Consultant role available in our Richmond and Nunawading showrooms. Ideally the successful candidate is available to work across locations as required. If you are customer focused and would like to work in premium showroom locations, alongside a great team, then this is the role for you.

We are currently looking to fill a casual position. We can be quite flexible, however applicants must be able to work approximately 6 - 8 days per fortnight, including every weekend or alternate weekend. Our trading hours are 10am - 5pm daily.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent working knowledge of upholstery fabrics, including texture and colours. Interior design skills are a plus but not essential.
  • Experience in furniture retailing is preferred.
  • Ability to connect with customers and drive a first-class customer experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and business acumen aptitude.
  • Team player (this really is important to us).
  • Availability to commence work as soon as possible.
