The Company & BenefitsOur client, a well-established and reputable Commercial Property Landlord is seeking a Commercial Property Assistant to join their team assisting in property management and facilities management duties.
This would be a great opportunity for someone studying property (university student) or someone with a bit of experience within facilities coordination, property management, or admin experience supporting property teams.
This role can be part-time (3 days a week) or full-time depending on the successful candidate.

The RoleThe Commercial Property Assistant will provide support to the Senior Property Manager in managing a portfolio of office and retail assets.
Duties include:
- Managing communications with tenants
- Coordinate/ monitor all contractor work
- Ensure preventative and reactive maintenance completed
- Updating tenancy records
- Monitoring arrears
- Assisting with rental and outgoings process
- Maintain records in system
- Raising and tracking work orders
- Coordinate and assist with building inspections
- Admin assistance & other ad hoc duties
Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and:
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in MRI and/or MyBuildings a bonus but not required
