Our client a respected and growing property group that directly manages assets on behalf of a range of landlords, has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across Sydney, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure strong performance and value growth.

Duties include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and tenant relationships
  • Overseeing leasing negotiations and documentation
  • Monitoring financial performance, budgets and reporting
  • Coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractors
  • Driving asset strategies and capital works initiatives

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • 4+ years' experience in commercial property or asset management
  • Proven ability to manage landlord and tenant relationships
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making capability
  • Highly developed communication and reporting skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
