The Role

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Assistant Commercial Property Manager ready to elevate their career. This diverse role offers the chance to apply a wide range of skills, supporting the Property Management Team across both daily operations and key projects to deliver outstanding results for clients and stakeholders. You'll work alongside a team of experienced Commercial Property Managers who are committed to mentoring and developing talent with professionalism and pride.

This is a true 'all-rounder' position, ideal for someone seeking variety and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Database management
  • Client liaison and communication as directed
  • Assisting with maintenance
  • Arrears reporting
  • Insurance reporting
  • Essential services
  • Assisting with market reviews
  • Lease option and expiry reporting
  • Conducting inspections as required and preparing inspection reports
  • Fielding phone calls and general administration, e.g. preparing letters, emails and reports
  • Assisting with budgeting, reconciliations and estimates of outgoing reports
  • Other duties as required

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate (a minimum of 6 months of commercial experience or 3 years of residential preferred)
  • Certificate of registration or class 2 license
  • Valid driver's licence preferred
  • IT savvy - ability to competently use a range of software packages, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Precision - observes fine details and implements a well-planned course of action to achieve tasks and responsibilities with pace and efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
  • Team player - cooperates and works well with others to pursue team goals
  • Flexibility and responsiveness - the ability to easily adapt to different priorities and tackle a variety of tasks as requested
