About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic fundraising leader to join Melbourne Theatre Company's Development team. This role leads the Philanthropy team, driving growth in philanthropic income and overseeing major gift programs, Trusts & Foundations activity, and multi-year campaigns. You will build and steward relationships with major donors, develop innovative fundraising strategies, and play a key role in shaping the future of arts philanthropy at MTC.

About You

You'll have a proven track record in major gifts fundraising, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience leading high-performing teams. You are a strong communicator with a talent for building relationships at senior levels, managing complex campaigns, and delivering against ambitious fundraising targets.
