Our vision is to be among the top-ranked providers of business education within the Asia-Pacific Region, to be the first choice of students and clients seeking award and non-award educational experiences, and to be esteemed globally as a leading supplier of academic and business research.The OpportunityAn opportunity now exists to join the MBS External Relations division where, as the Philanthropy Relationship Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of MBS's Philanthropic Relations strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth for MBS through campaign and annual activitiesThis is an exciting opportunity to:Join a top ranked business education providerDevelop and manage a portfolio of mid-major donor (donations of >$20k) relationships with individuals, trusts and foundations and corporates.Some key accountabilities will also include:Donor portfolio management and engagementStewardship and relationship management – by leading the Dean's Circle program to support annual donor renewals, reactivations and acquisitionReporting and administration – including maintenance of accurate donor data and CRM management and reportingInnovation and leadership by actively promoting a culture of philanthropy and collaborative engagement across the SchoolAbout youAn experienced donor relations professional with some experience gained within the Higher Education sector, you will bring to MBS proven experience in managing relationships with individuals, trusts and foundations and corporate partners across any of education, medical, arts, or similar sectors. Demonstrable success in achieving financial targets and driving growth across key performance indicators will also be essential. You will demonstrate gravitas and confidence in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and senior executives and be capable of delivering premium donor service and engagement experiences.What's on offerWe value our people and ensure that we can reward you with more than just a salary.
