Account Executive – SaaS for Education in Sydney - $100K + Super + Uncapped Commission

This role is for Kiwi's living in Sydney that have a strong understanding of the New Zealand School System and Curriculum, as our client has recently launched their platform into NZ and are selling to primary and secondary schools.

Most education leaders know video matters, but few are using it to its full potential. That's where you come in.

Our client is a global
edtech SaaS company
on a mission to transform learning through video. With a market-leading product and a passionate team, they're looking for a New Business Account Executive to take ownership of a key territory and push schools and universities to think differently about how they engage students.

What you'll do:

  • Own and grow your territory
  • Challenge the status quo and show educators what's possible with video
  • Build pipeline, run demos, and close deals that transform classrooms
  • Represent the brand at events, meetings, and conferences
  • Work with a collaborative sales team, but own your number like a true hunter

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of SaaS or solution sales experience (education a bonus, not a must)
  • A
    hunter mindset -
    persistent, creative, and never afraid to challenge assumptions
  • Proven track record of winning new business and building markets
  • Strong territory planning and pipeline management skills
  • Confident communicator who can influence decision-makers at all levels
