Our Client's platform is playing a key role in transforming the construction industry. Their solution simplifies the entire quality management process, empowering project teams to streamline inspections, manage defects, improve collaboration, and ultimately maximise profits – all from one powerful platform.

The Opportunity:

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of their growth, responsible for driving new business and expanding their market presence within the construction industry. You'll have the chance to connect with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how the platform can be a game-changer for their operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the construction sector (General contractors, Developers, Subcontractors).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact to closing.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and provide regular reports to management.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years in SaaS sales, bonus if you've got ConTech experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

On Offer:

  • $90,000 - $120,000 + Super + $150-200k OTE uncapped.
