At Comelli Commercial we specialise in adding value to our clients commercial assets we take to market, and connecting with the right buyer for the best outcome. Our transactions often never make it to the market.

As a team we pride ourselves in seamlessly managing everything from listing to closing the sale to allow the vendor to focus on their business.

In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps deals moving—coordinating stakeholders, collating information to create polished information memorandums, keeping the team (and external stakeholders) organised and knowing the status of each transaction.

What you'll do


• Own the deal heartbeat: digital file setup, non-disclosure agreement flow, stakeholder management, diligence checklists and weekly client updates.


• Produce clear, on-brand IMs and teasers. (You're confident with numbers and a master of formatting and grammar).


• Buyer outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn), qualify interest and book meetings/site visits.


• Able to take direction and do tasks in a certain way with the ability of planning & setting your own workflow, creating efficiencies and delivering accurate results on time.


• Personal assistant duties. General tasks to assist in the efficient running of a small business.


• Manage up to assist the broker with completion of tasks, often in a reactive environment.

What you'll bring


• Super organised and proactive approach, with strong Excel skills and the ability to bring together info from multiple sources into beautifully formatted, on-brand documents.


• Confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly; disciplined follow-up and stakeholder management.


• Confidence in dealing with a variety of stakeholders and professionals; Lawyers, Accountants, Councils etc. Persistence and follow up are key.


• Bookkeeping experience. Solid financial understanding, being capable and confident working with numbers and presenting business financials.


• We are a small business; this role requires someone with the willingness to do whatever tasks need to be completed to get the job done.


• The ability to manage multiple files with ever changing priorities – and most importantly go back to ensure the file is complete and finalised.


• Common sense approach with the ability follow direction. Accuracy in this role is key.


• Ideally experience in B2B sales support/brokerage/transaction ops (or similar). However, this is not required if you have the admin & bookkeeping skills with a resourceful nature.


• 5+ years experience in a similar administration position(s).
